11/25/1927-0161 I' 2 3 i 4� i 5 e 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 23 . 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 a RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS I WHEREAS, certain proposals were submitted to this City Coun- cil in accordance with Notice Calling for Proposals on the 10th day of November, 1927, and, '- WHEREAS, this City Council has duly considered all of said proposals, and having carefully considered the same, do find that the matters and things contained in said proposals may be pur- chased at better advantage in the open market, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that all those bids indicated as items 1 to 7 in said Notice Calling for Bids, being proposals for the furnishing to the City of Anaheim of lighting transformers, lawn mower, one tractor, five dozen ladies' bathing suits, assorted sizes, three hundred bath towels, twenty thousand cubic feet of barnyard fer- tilizer, and twenty tons of sheep fertilizer, be, and the same are, hereby rejected. And the City Clerk is hereby instructed to return to the bidders all checks or bands received with said proposals. The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this 25th day of November, 1927. Mayor of the City of Anaheim.
