10/13/1927-020RESOLUTION_ ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS
FOR FERTILIZER
AND CALLING FOR BIDa
RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1: That those certain specifications en-
titled and designated "Specifications for Fertilizer,
City of Anaheim, Series of 1927," be and the same are
hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of said City be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice
once a week for a period of two weeks in the Anaheim Gazette,
a newspaper of general circulation, published in said City,
calling for sealed proposals or bids for the furnishing to
said City of approximately 20,000 cubic feet of fertilizer
in accordance with said specifications, said proposals or bids
to be received up to eight o'clock P.M. of Thursday the loth
day of November, 1927, at the office of the City Clerk of
said City.
