OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
BE IT RESOLVED: by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
that the City of Anaheim accept and it does hereby accept that
certain Grant Deed made by J. B. COLLINGS AND WINIFRED M. COLLINGS,
hijsband and wife, and C. A. PEARSON, a single man, on the .13
day of�`kM9=t, 1927, wherein the grantors grant unto the said
City of Anaheim that certain real property situate in the County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot Eighteen (18) of Anaheim Extension as
shown on a Hap made by William Hamel on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Eighteen (18)
running thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of thereo
20 feet; thence South - Easterly parallel to the Westerly line
of said Lot 385.86 feet thence North - easterly parallel to the

Northerly line of said ot 508 feet to a point in the Easterly
line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the Anaheim
Truck and Transfer Company by deed recorded IniaookthencepSoBth-
2 of Deeds, records of Orange County,
easterly parallel to the Westerly line of said Lot 439.14 feet
to the South- easterly corner of the land conveyed by said deed
recorded in Book 344, page 2 of Deeds, records of Orange County,
California; thence South- westerly parallel with the Northerly
line of said Lot Eighteen, 528 feet to a point in the Westerly
line of said Lot; and thence Northerly along said Westerly
line 825 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to the covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions
and rights of Way of record.
Also reserving for road and street ur oses the northerlythirty
