RESOLUTION ACCEP'i'I 3G OPE14 AIR THEATRE
WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees, on the 14th day of March,
1927, made and entered into a contract with Hamlyn- Young, contrac-
tors, for the erection of a certain open air theatre in the city
park of the City of Anaheim, all to be done in accordance with the
plans and specifications adopted by this Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, the said Hamlyn -Young have performed their part of
said contract, all in accordance with the plans and specifications
therein, and have performed certain extra services, all in accor-
dance with the directidns6of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim, and it accordance with said contract made and entered in-
to by and between the City of Anaheim and Hamlyn- Young, and
WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees had duly inspected said open
air theatre, and
WHEREAS, M. Eugene Durf ee, the architect employed by the Cit
of Anaheim for the erection of said building, has approved the
said building, and said building is built entirely in accordance
with the plans and specifications,and to the satisfaction of
said architect, and this Board of Trustees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY `. 'HE BOARD OF TRUSTE .S that
the open air theatxv in the city park of the City of Anaheim be
and the same is hereby accepted, and a warrant is hereby author-
ized to be issued in payment of the same, all in accordancb with
said contract made and entered into by and between the City of
Anaheim and Hamlyn- Young.
The foregoing Resolution was passed adopted the 28th day
of July, 1927. �=
