RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange
has submitted to this Board of Trustees an Agreement, wherein the
County of Orange agrees to exercise the duties of meat inspector,
and take charge of the Health Department of the City of Anaheim,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees deems it for the best interest
of the people of the City of Anaheim that this contract be entered
into by the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of
the City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim enter into said con-
tract, and the President of the Board of Trustees be and he is
hereby authorized to Execute said contract, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to attest the same.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this
14th day of July, 1927.
