the City Clem is hereby authorized and directed to return
to the unsuccessful bidders the bonds or checks received
with said proposals, and the President of the Board of
Trustees of the City of AnLdieiin is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with the CalifoTni4i Petroleum
Corporation for the furnishin6 of approximately 15,000
gallons of gasoline between August lst, 1927 and Au8;ust Is
1928 in accordance v-,rit'a the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Board of Trustees and proposal of said
