06/09/1927-043RESOLUTION FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
THAT SAS, the City of Anaheim is in great need of
a site for a Fire Station; and
WHEREAS, F. A. Yungbluth and Adella Yungbluth, husband
and wife, have offered to sell and convey to the said City the
westerly fifty feet of Lot 25, Block A, Center Tract, for the sum
of Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($9500.00) Dollars, to be paid
Twenty -five Hundred ($2500.00) Dollars upon execution of the agree-
ment, a copy which is hereto attached; and the balance of Seven
Thousand ($7000.00) Dollars to be paid January 2, 1928.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That the public interest and necessity require the pur-
chase of the above described property as a fire station site;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said City of Anaheim
purchase.` said real property upon the terms contained in a cer-
tain contract, a copy of which is attached hereto; and that the
President of said Board of Trustees be, and he is hereby author-
ized to execute on behalf of said city, the contract and necessary
escrow agreements, duly attested by the said clerk of said city,
who is authorized to attest same for the purchase of said real
property for the price and upon the terms therein stated.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved this 9th.
day of June, 1927.
