RESOLUTION
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AITAHEIM:
1. That there are now growing upon certain lots, grounds and
real property within the city limits of the City of Anaheim, cer --
tain weeds and rank growths.
2. That the weeds and rank growths growing upon the lots,
grounds and real property in the City of Anaheim are a 3oublic
G.> -
nuisance, which must be abated by the removal of said weeds and
rank growths.
3. That the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Anaheim
be, and he is hereby, authorized to notify the owners of all lots,
grounds and real property -, the City of Anaheim, upon which
weeds and rank growths are groi to immediately cause the same
to be removed and eradicated.
4. That said notice shall confor:% with t._e provisions of
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 433.
5. That said Superintendent of Streets shall report to this
Board the names and owners and descriptions of the lots upon which
weeds and ra.n - growths are gra-- ing, and upon which the oymers
thereof shall fail to conform i3' said notice.
