RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF PLANNING COMIISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
on the l)th day of March, 1927 passed its Resolution of
Intention +204 for the planting of trees on North and South
Los Angeles Streets end on Broadway Street in the City of
Ana]he im, and
WHEREAS, the said Resolution of Intention directed the
Plannin�- Commission of the City of Analieim to file with the

City Clerk of the City of Anaheim a written re showing
the plans and specifications, an estimate of the cost of
said improvement, a diagram of the property affected or
benefited by the proposed work and improvement, proposed
assessments, total amount of costs and expenses of proposed
improvement, and
WHEREAS, the Plannin- Com-mission of the City of Anaheim

on the 24th day of 1 19927, filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Anaheim, this report, in v!riting, showing the
above mentioned facts, and this Board of Trustees having
duly considered said report,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of T:�ustees
of the City of Anaheim, that the report of the Planning
Commission for the planting of trees on North and South
Los Angeles Streets and on Broadway Street in the City of
Anaheim, be, and the sEzae is hereby approved and adopted, and
BE IT FURMER RESOLVED,. that Thursu the 14th day of
April, 1927, be and the sa..�, is hereby fixed as the day,
o'clock P. M. is the hour and 'U'lae Cha-11bers of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Anaheim, is the place, when and whiere
anyone having any objections to the proposed work and
improvement, and to the assessiments, or any objections to
the work to be done as reco in said rei. may be
heard, by the Board of Trustees of said city.

Tile Superinteno Streets is hereby instructed to
cause a notice of tile - oro - oosed work and improvement and of
the passing of thisResolution to be published for a Deriod
of two days in the Ana:heim Bulletin, a daily newspaper
published and circulated in the City �of Anaheim and shall
cause a similar notice to be posted as provided by Law.
The foregoing Resolution was approved and signed by me
this day of Ylarch, 1927.
