BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF T RUSTEFS OF THE CITY OF A 1AHEIIA:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience require,
and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Anaheim to order the following work and improvement to be made:
lst. That trees be planted in the parking on the North
and South sides of Broadvlay Street from the l.',resterly edge of East
Street to the Easterly edged of Thalia Street.
2nd. That trees be planted in the parking onthe East

and West sides of South Los Angele Street from the Nort -icy edge l
of Santa Ana Street to the Bcxxtkay. -1 A _ y enua

3rd. That trees be planted in the parking on North Los
Angeles Street from the Northerly edge of Adele Street to the

SECTION 2. That said trees, after planting, shall be under
the care of the City of Anaheim for a period of- years.
SECTION 3 The proposed improvements mentioned in Section 1

hereof are hereby referred to the Planning Commission, and said
Planning Commission is hereby directed to make and file with the
Clerk of the City of Anaheim a report in writing, presenting the
following:
1. Plans and specifications for the work to be performed.,
and the general method or manner of making the improvement.
2. An estimate of the cost of said improvement, and of
the incidental expenses in connection therewith.
3. A diagram of the property affected or benefited by
the proposed work of improvement, vraich diagram ;hall show each
separate lot, piece or parcel of land, and the relative location
of the same to the work proposed to be done, all , :7ithin the limits

1 of the assessment district, each of which A subdivisionsishall be
2 given a separate number in red ink upon said diagram.
3 4 4. The proposed assessment of the total amount of the
4 1 costs and expense's of the proposed improvement (including all in-
I i
5 cidental expenses) upon the lots, _?arts of lots, and lands within
6 said assessment district as shown by said diagram sufficient to
7 cover the total expenses of the improvement. Each of said lots,
parts of lots, and lands shall be separately assessed in proportio
9 j to the estimated benefits to be received- by it. Said assessment
10 shall refer to said lots, parts of lots and lands upon said dia-
11 gram by the respective red ink number thereof, and shall show the
12 names of the owners, if known, otherwise designating them as

14 1 SECTION 4. That all of said viork and improvements shall be
15 made pursuant to the provisions of an act of the legislature of

24 The foregoing Resolution of Intention is approved, signed and
