4 THAT, WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim publishes
5 a notice calling for sealed proposals for the furnishing to the
6 City of Anaheim of transformers,
7 AND WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in said notice,

9 AND THEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim

10 regularly and publicly opened said - )xoposals end having considerec
11 the same, does noiw f ind that the bid of
12 is the lowest redponsible bidder for the furnishing of said trans-1
13 formers to the City of Anaheim,

EFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the bid

16 Anaheim of transformers, and the Board of Trustees does hereby
17 accept said proposal, and does hereby reject all other - proposals,
