RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:

THAT, WHEREAS, the Clerk of this Board has duly and regularly.

published a notice calling for sealed proposals for the erection
6
and construction of an open-air auditoriu in the City Park of the
7
City of Anaheim,
8
AND, 7HEREAS, at the time and .)lace mentioned in said noti ce,
9
certain - proposals were received,

AND, WHEREAS, at the time and place stated in said notice,

said bids were publicly opened, and this Board of Trustees having
12
considered said proposals,
13
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all bids for all proposi-,
14
tions stated in said proposal, except Pro position No. 1, stated in !
15
said proposal, be, and the same are hereby rejected.

Be it further resolved that -Hamlyn &. Young are the lowest and
17
a
responsible bidders for the erection of said auditorium, as indi-
18

cated in Pro No. I of said - oro - oosal, and this Board of
19
Trustees hereby accepts the proposal of Hamlyn & Young for the
20
erection of said auditorium, in accordance with Proposition 11 1

Of said proposal, and hereby rejects all other pro posals s ubmit t e d

in said matter, and the City Clerk of said City of Anaheim is herelty

instructed to return to the unsuccessful bidders the checks or

bonds received with said proposal.
