RESOLUTION OF AWARD
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did,
in open session on the 14th, day of April, 1927, publicly open,
examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the
following work in said city, to —wit:
All that certain work and improvement set fort? in Resolution
of Intention No. 202, passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees
on the 10th, day of February, 1927, which Resolution of Intention
is on file in the office of the City Olerk of said City, and is
hereby referred to for a description of the said work and improve —
ment, end also for a description of the assessment district liable
to be assessed therefor, and for further particulars:
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said Board of Trustees

that it reject, and it does hereby reject, all of said proposals or
bids except that next herein mentionec, and hereby awards the con—
tract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest responsible
bidder, to —wit:

The City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to publish a
notice of this award twice in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
published and circulated in said city hnd hereby designated for that
Purpose by said Board of Trustees.
