03/10/1927-074RESOLUTION OF TBF BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ACCEPTING PROPOSALS AND AWARDING CONTRACTS.

WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Anaheim published a notice
calling for sealed proposals for the furnishing to the City
of Anaheim of Pump and Motor.
WHEREAS, at the time specified in said notice, the Board
of Trustees of said City publicly opened and examined said
proposals and the Board having taken the matter under con—
sideration,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the proposal No.2
Pomona Mfg.. Company is the lowest responsible bid for the
furnishing to the City of Anaheim of one pump and motor, and
the City of Anaheim hereby accepts said proposal No 2 of said
Company and all other proposals are hereby rejected. And the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to the
unsuccessful bidders the bonds or checks received with said
proposals, and the President of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with the Pomona Mfg. Company for the furnishing
to said City of Anaheim, one Pump and Motor in accordance
with the specification heretofore adopted by this Board
of Trustees and Proposal No, 2 of said Company.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved this
10th day of March, 1927.
