01/27/1927-075RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR DEEP WELL PUMP AND
MOTOR, AND FOR LAWN RENOVATOR.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
That the City Clerk of said City be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to publish
a notice once a week for a period of two weeks
in the Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general
Circulation, published in said City, e,alling
for sealed proposals or bids for the furnishing
to said City the following material
SOT ON 1= 1 Deep Well Pump and Motor to de-
liver twelve to sixteen hundred gallons
of water per minute, in accordance with
Specifications with Deep Well Pump and
Motor, series of January 1927, City of
Anaheim.
SECTIO 2j„ 1 Lawn Renovator in accordance
with Specifications for Lawn Renovator,
series of 1927, City of Anaheim.
Said proposals or bids to be received up to
eight o'clock P.M. of Thursday, February 24th,
1927. Each proposal must be accompanied by a
certified check or bid bond, payable to the
City of Anaheim, in amount not less than 10%
of such bid. And each successful Bidder will
be required to furnish within ten days after
award of contract a surety bond payable to the
City of Anaheim, and subject to approval of the
Board of Trustees, in an amount not less than
50% of the aggregate amount of said contract
which said bond shall be conditioned, upon
faithful performance of said contract.
The Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim reserve the right to reject any and
all bids.

The foregoing resolution is approved, signed
and attested this 27th, da of jjituary, 1927.
