RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REJECTING PROPOSALS FOR THE FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
OF ONE DEEP ITELL - '.AND'1A0T0R.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim caused to
be published a notice calling for sealed proposals for the fur-
nishing of one deep well.pump and motor to the City of Anaheim,
WHEREAS, pursuant to said notice, certain bids and proposal
(.,Vere received, and

WHEREAS, on the 13th day of January, 1927, the Board of

rustees of said city publicly opened and examined said proposals
and ":considered the same,

h NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that all proposals submitted
,for the furnishing to the City of Anaheim of one deep well pump

end motor be and the Rame are hereby rejected, and the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to return to the bidders their certified
checks or bonds which accompanied the bids.
The foregoing resolution was sign nd approved this
27th day of January, 1927.
