12/23/1926-002RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS ON CEDAR POLES,
CROSS ARMS,POLE LINE HARDWARE, GUY WIRE, INSULATORS, CONDUIT AND
FITTINGS, COPPER WIRE, GATE VALVES AND CAST IRON PIPE FITTINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby a1thorized and
directed to publish a notice for a , period of two weeks in the
Anaheim Gazette, calling for sealed proposals or bids for
furnishing the following matdrial and supplies to said City of
Anaheim:-
1 mixed carload of cedar poles, approximately 50 -35 ft. long and
approximately 50-40 ft. long, with 0B0 butt treatment and 7 tops
in accordance with specifications of 1919.
300 wood cross arms, 8 pin, in accordance with specs actions
adopted March 11,1926.

Eaarh proposal shall, be accompanied by a certified check
or bid bond, payable to City of Anaheim, in an amount not less
than ten percent of the amo of such proposal.
The foregoing resolution is approved, signed and attested
this 23rd day of December, 1926.
