RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:

4 That that certain Grant Deed executed by Joseph W. Heinz and
5 Catherine Heinz, his ir, under date of November 18th, 1926,
6 conveying to the City of Anaheim, a Municipal Corporation of the
7 Sixth Class of the State of California, the following described
8 propertyj to-wit:
9 Those portions of the Southerly 535 feet of the
Easterly half of Vineyard Lot G-6, as per map recorded
in Book 4 of Deeds, Pages 629 and 630, Records of
Los Angeles County, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit:
FOR WIDE11qING I'EST WATER STREET: Beginning at the

Southeasterly corner of said Vineyard Lot G-6, thence
13 Westwardly along the Southerly line of said lot, 548.8
feet to the present Easterly line of South Janss Street;
thence northwardly along said Easterly line of South

Janss Street, 21.75 feet; thence Eastwardly, parallel
with and distant uniformly 38.25 feet Northwardly from

the monumented center line of 7aest e'a'ter Street 548.8
16 feet; thence Southwardly along the Easterly line of said
Lot, 21.75 feet to the place of beginning, containing
an area of 0.27 acres m

wardly, measured at right angles, from the monumented

Grantors reserve the full use and enjoyment of said
