THORIZING THE PRESIDEINT OF S-ikID CARD TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT 7TITH

THE COUNTY OF ORAYGE, IN REGARD TO HEALTH DEPARTL YT.
'MREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange
have agreed to enter into za contract vvith the City of Anaheim,

whereby the said County of Orange agrees to furnish the Health
Officer to perform - the duties of the Board of Health of the City
of Anaheim, as provided in Section 4225a of the Political Code of 'I.
the State of Oalifornie.,, and
.,HEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim deem
it for the best interest that the City of Anaheim enter into such
a contract, be it therefor
RESOLVED BY THE BOA OF TRUSTEES 07 THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that
the City of Anaheim enter into such a, contract with the County of
Or<�.n.c and the President of the Board of Trustees of the City
of AnP_,__LeJ.. be, and he is hereby authorized and instructed to
execute such a contract on behalf of the said City of Anaaeim.
