RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
% SEWER EXTENSION NO.42
WHEREAS, pursuant to a certain notice dated September 25,
1926, and published in the Anaheim Gazette, calling for bids
for the construattion of sanitary sewers in Sewer Extension
No. 42, City of Anaheim, in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations, certain bids were received; and
WHEREAS, said bids were publicly opened and read, as provided
by law, on the 14th day of October, 1926, by the Board of
Trustees of theCity of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it appears to said Board of Trustees that the
bid of aA
is the lowest responsible bid for said work, and that the said
bidder is the lowest responsible bidder;
NOW THEREFORE, said Board of Trustees does hereby resolve:
That the bid of said
be accepted and that the contract for the s&id work be awarded
to said bidder; also, that the bid bonds or checks of the
unsuccessful bidders be returned to them by the City Clerk;
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of
Trustees be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said
contract and the City Clerk to .attest the same,
