RESOLUTION.
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
APPOINTING CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND DEFINING HIS DUTIES,
AND FIXING HIS SALARY.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM that Mr.
(f n be, and he is hereby appointed chief of the
fire dep tment of the City of Anaheim, and it shall be his duty
to perform the duties of chief of the fire department as those
duties are defined in Section Six of Ordinance 288.
2. Be it further Resolved by said Board of Trustees that sa
wj _ be, and he is hereby appointed ex- officio a
member of the So-62.d of Hedlth of the City of Anaheim, and it shah
be his duty, in addition to the duties prescribed for fire chief,
to perform the duties of Sanitary Inspector of the City of Anahei
and he shall have the powers and perform the duties of a member o
the Board of Health in said City, as defined in Ordinance 197 of
the City of Anaheim.
3. it is further Resolved by said Board of Trustees that
said Chief of the Fire Department and ex- officio member of the
Board of Health of said City shall receive, and his salary as sue'
is hereby fixed at One Hundred Seventy -Five ($175.00) Dollars per
month, which salary shall be in full payment for all services per
formed and transportation furnished by said chief of the fire de-
partment, and ex- officio member of the Board of Health of said Ci
