RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 196
A RESOLTTION OF TEE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE OLOSING UP OF ALL STREETS IN THE SOEFFLER
TRACT IN SAID CITY.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM**
SECTION 1: That the public interest and also the
public convenience require, and that it is the intention of the
Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim to order, the following
described street work to be done in said city, to -wit:
That all cf Acacia Street, Eucalyptus Street, Cypress Street
and Poplar Street, all situated in the Loeffler Tract in said
City of Anaheim, be closed up, vacated and abandoned.

SECTION 2: That all A parcels of land deemed necessary
to be taken therefor and those streets herein proposed to be closed
up are situated within the Koeffler Tract in the City of Anaheim,
" 5 hewn eel a map County of Orange, State of California, A recorded in Book 30, Page 17,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California, and are
described as follows, to -wit:
ACACIA STREET: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of
Lot 3, Block 1, of said Koeffler Tract, which point is 10 feet westwardly
from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 3,; thence westwardly
along the extended northerly line of Blocks 1 and 5 of said Tract,
1100 feet; thence northwardly along the easterly line of North Citron
Street 60 feet; thence eastwardly along the extended Southerly line
ofzBlocks 6 and 2 of said Tract, 1100 feet; thence southwardly, parallel
with the extended easterly line o#° said Blocks 2 and 1, 60 feet to the
place of beginning.
=UCALYPTUS STREET: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of
Lot 6 of said Block 2, which point is 10 feet westwardly from the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 6; thence westwardly along the
extended northerly line of said Blocks 2 and 6, 1100 feet; thence
northwardly along the easterly line of North Citron Street 60 feet; thence
eastwardly along the extended southerly line of Blocks 7 and 3 of said
Tract, 1100 feet; thence southwardly parallel with the extended easterly

line of said Blocks 3 and 2, 60 feet to the place of beginning.
CYPRESS STREET: Beginning at a point on the northerly line of
Lot 6 of said Block 3, which point is 10 feet westwardly from the
northeasterly corner of said Lot; thence westwardly along the
extended northerly line of said Blocks 3 and 7,, 1100 feet; thence
northwardly along the easterly line of North Citron Street, 60 feet;
thence eastwardly along the extended southerly -J-ine of Blocks 8 and 4,
of said Tract, 1100..feet; thence aouthwardly, parallel with the extended
easterly line of said blocks 4 and 3,.60 feet to the place of beginning.
POPLAR STREET: Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 11,
Block 1, of said Tract; thence northwardly along the extended westerly
line of said Blocks 1,2,3 and 4, 1080 feet, thence westwardly along
the northerly line of said Tract, 60 feet; thence southwardly along
the extended easterly line of said Blocks 8,7,6 and 5, 1080 feet;
thence eastwardly along the southerly line of said Tract, 60 feet to
the place of beginning, excepting therefrom the intersections of
said Poplar Street with the streets hereinaboV4 described.
SECTION 3: That the exterior boundaries of the district
of the lands to be affected and benefited by said work and improvement
which district is within said City of Anaheim, are particularly des-
oribed as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a paint on the southerly line of Lot 1, Block 1,
of said Koeffler Tract, which point is 10 feet westwardly from the
southeasterly corner of said Lot; thence northwardly parallel with
and distant uniformly 10 feet westwardly from the extended easterly line
of Blocks 1 2.3 and 4 of said Tract, 1080 feet; thence westwardly
alongthe northerly line of said Tract, 1100 feet to the northwesterly
corner thereof; thence southwardly along the easterly line of North
Citron Street; 1080 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Tract;
thence eastwardly along the southerly line of said Tract, 1100
feet to the place of beginnings
