RESOLUTION
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim that
that certain Grant Deed made and executed by AUGUST WIPPERYANN
and CAROLINE WIPPERMANX, husband and wife, on the 22nd day of
November, 1924, wherein and whereby the said parties granted unto
the City of Anaheim the following described real property, lying
and being in the City of Anaheim, described as follows, to —� ?it:
Beginning at a point on the easterly property line
of South Los Angeles Street 42.25 feet southerly fro - m
the southwesterly corner of Lot 7, Block A, Carroll Sub—
division, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book
15, Page 18, Miscellaneousllaps, Records of Orange
County, California; thence easterly, parallel with the
southerly line of said Lot 7 and said southerly line
extended, 150.0 feet to the southwesterly corner of
Lot 15, Block A said Carroll Sugdivision; thence
southerly, parallel with the easterly property line of
South Los Angeles Street, 7.75 feet; thence westerly,
parallel with the extended southerly line of said Lot 7
and parallel with said southerly line, 150.0 feet to
the easterly property line of South Los Angeles Street;
thence northerly along said easterly property line of
South Los Angeles Street 7.75 feet to place of beginning,
containing an area of 0.027 acres, for the purpose of
widening East South Street.
Also, beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot
7, Block A Carroll Subdivision, as shown on said map;
thence southerly along the extended easterly line of said
Lot 7, 42.25 feet; thence easterly, parallel with the
extended southerly line of said Lot 7, 15.0 feet; thence
northerly, parallel with the extended easterly line of
said Lot 7, 42.25 feet; thence westerly along the ex—
tended southerly line of said Lot 7, 15.0 feet to placd
of beginning, containing an area of 0.015 acres, for the
purpose of extending the alley in Block A. Carroll Sub divisic
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim; and
the City Clerk is hereby instructed to have said Deed recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of , Orange, State
of California.
The foregoing Resolution is signed and approved by me this
