RESOLUTION
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim that
that certain Grant Deed made and executed by MRS. ANNA M. VAN LEER,
on the 11th day of September, 1923 wherein and whereby the said
party granted unto the City of Anaheim the following described
7 real x�roperty, lying and being in the City of Anaheim, described

Beginning at a point 185.37 feet Westerly and
383.00 feet Northerly from a cement monument marking
the point of intersection of the monumented center line
of Lemon and Broad Streets as shown on the map of Anaheim
Extension made by ZWm. Hamel and filed for record in the
off ceof the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California and running thence V7esterly parallel to the
center line of Broad Street 23.00' feet; thence Northerly
50.00 feet to a point 208.67 feet , esterly from the mon—
umented center~ line of Lemon Street; thence Easterly
parallel to said center line of Broad Street 23.30 feet;
thence Southerly parallel to said center line of Lemon
Street 50.00 feet to point of beginning,
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim, and
the City Clerk is hereby instructed to have said Deed registered
in the office of the County Registrar of the County of Orange,
State of California.
