Anaheim the following described real property, lying and being in
the City of Anaheim, described as follows, to —wit:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 13,
Block "B" Lohman Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 15, Page 3, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California, and running thence Westerly along'
-the Northerly line of said Lot 13, 48.39 ft, more or
less to a point 518.00 ft. Easterly from the monumen—
ted center line of South .Pest Street as shown on a map
recorded in Book 4 of Deeds, Pages 629 and 630, Records
of Los Angeles County, California; thence Xortherly
parallel to the extended Easterly line of said Lot 13,
15 ft.; thence Easterly parallel to the Northerly line
of said Lot 13, 48.39 ft. more or less to the extended
Easterly line of said Lot 13; thence Southerly along
said extended Easterly line 15 ft. to the point of
beginning,
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Anaheim, and
the City Clerk is hereby instructed to have said Deed recorded in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State
of California.
