RESOLUTION.
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CONSENTING TO ASSUME JURISDICTION OVER STATE HIGHWAY WITHIN
CITY LIMITS.
RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires
that the City of Anaheim assume jurisdiction over that portion
of the State Highway within the Anaheim City limits, described
as follows:
That portion of North Los Angeles Street cor mencing
at the Southerly property line of North Street and ex-
tending northerly along Los Angeles Street to and in-
cluding the intersection of Pilm and North Los Angeles
Street; Also that portion of North Palm Street commenc-
ing on the Southerly property line of the intersection
of North Palm and North Los Angeles Streets, and extend-
ing north along Palm Street to the northerly boundary
line of the City of Anaheim.

Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim, that the city of Anaheim consent to and it does hereby
consent to assume jurisdiction over the above described State
Highway.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attest
by me this 28th day of January, 1926.
