RE SO IU T ION .
RESOLUTION of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
accepting deed to certain right of rays.
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
that the City of Anaheim accept and it does hereby accept, that
deed made by Julia Schaffer Trapp, formerly Mrs. John Schaffer,
also known as Julia Schaffer, dated October 21st, 1925, deeding
a right of way to the City of Anaheim for street purposes over
the following described property located in the City of Anaheim,
described as follows, to -wit
That portion of the Schaffer - Oswald Subdivision,
as per map thereof recorded in Book 7, page 41 of
Miscellaneio4s Maps, Records of said Orange County,
and of the Southwest quarter (SW- of the Southeast
quarter (SEt) of Section Three (3) Township Four (43
South, Range Ten (10 ) West, S. B. B. & M., described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of La Palma
Avenue 170 feet East of the East Line of Olive Street,
as said street is shown on said Schaffer- Oswald Sub-
division; thence North parallel with the East line of
said Olive Street to a point in the North line of
Julianna Street as shown on said map of the Schaffer -
Oswald Subdivision; thence West along said North
line of Julianna Street to the North -west corner of
that portion of Julianna Street vacated July 3rd,
1923 by an order recorded in Minute Book 17, page 353,
Records of the Board of Supervisors of said Orange
County, thence Southerly along the West line of said
vacated strip to the Northwest corner of Lot 63 of
said Schaffer - Oswald Subdivision; thence East along
the north line of Lots 63, 62 and 61 of said Sub-
division, 110 feet; thence South parallel with the
East line of Olive Street heretofore referred to, to.
the North line of La Palma Avenue; thence East along
the North line of said La Palma Avenue to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attest
by me, this 28th day of
