y SOLUTIOIT OF THE 30ARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE: CITY OF ANAHEIM.
7fBRLi;AS, the orange grove on the Anaheim Sewer Farm is in
great need of fertilizer, and whereas, the 3oard of Trustees of
said city are of the opinion that dairy fertilizer is the best
fertilizer for said orange grove, and whereas, 20,000 cubic feet,
or its equivalent in tonnage of fertilizer is necessary to properl
fertilize said premises,

3E IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim be, and he is hereby ordered to publish ror a period or
at least two weeks, in the Anaheim Gazette, a weekly paper published
in sail City, notice inviting. sealed proposal or bids for the fur
nishing of dairy fertilizer to the said City, and that sala pro-
posals or bids be received up to eight o'clock P. M. on the 11th
ro o .
day of February, 1996, at which time said proposals will be op ened
Said notice shall call for the furnishing to the said City of
40,000 cubic feet, or its equivalent in tonnage of dairy fertilizer.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested by
