RESOLVED, that Thereas the Board of Trustees of the City

That the roadway of Oak Street, from the westerly property
line of South Lemon Street to the easterly property line of
South Palm Street (excepting therefrom street intersections
already paved) be graded to the official grade and paved with
asphaltic concrete pavement six (6) inches thick and nominally
thirty two (32) feet in width between curbs; that standard
Portland cement concrete curbs and sidewalks be constructed or
reconstructed to the official grade along both sides of said
roadway, where such curbs a,nd. sidewalks have not been constructed
or have become broken; and that driveway crossings and a,pproache
along, and adjoining said roadway, where such crossings and
ap have not been constructed or have become broken, be
gr,.ded to the official � ( and paved or rep aved with concrete
six (2)) inches thick a�nd consisting of a mixture of 1 part Portla.
cement, 2 carts sand and 3 parts gravel or crushed rock.
