That the public interest anLi convenience require that the
City of Anaheim acquire the use of a right-of-way for road purpose
in the vicinity of Bridge A-44 Olive, from the Atchison-Topeka-
Santa Fe Railway Company, said right-of-way to be used as a way to
ana from the City dumping grounas.

lease given by said company in such cases.
