SZaTION 1: That those certain sp00ifioati0As
entitled and designated oSpeoifjoations for oil to be used in the
Construction of Natural Soil Streets in the City of Anaheim,
Orange County, callifornia Series of 1928, be and the same
are hereby adopted.
SECTION 2 That the City Clerk of the said City
ba and he is hereby authorli$ed and directed to publish a
Doti ce once a week for a period of two creeks in the Anaheim
Bette, a newspaper of general circulation published in
said city, calling for sealed proposals or "bids for the
