RESOLUTI0N
ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER WORg
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1: That those certain plans and profiles
marked and designated "Sewer System, City of Anaheim,
California, Sewer Extension No. 42," prepared by the City
Engineer, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2: That those certain specifications entitled
and designated "Specifications No. 41, Vitrified Pipe,
City of Anaheim,California prepared by the City Engineer,
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3: That the Street Superintendent be and he is
hereby a uthorized and direct to secure rights- of -way for
said Sewer Extension No. 42.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested
