A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COill'ICIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH'l GRANTING A HODSE 1'10VL'JG PEHMIT TO
JOHN KRAJACIC TO I'10VE A DVJELLING HOUSE FROM
1105 NORTll LA PAL-ViA CIRCLE, A1\fAEED1, CALI-
FORNIA, TO 1104 WEST NORTH STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFOHNIA.
~ffiEREAS, John Krajacic, having filed a written appli-
cation for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house and
attached garage from 1105 North La Palma Circle, Anaheim,
California, to 1104 West North Street, Anaheim, California; and
vlliEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the 7th day of November, 1972, at the hour of
1: 30 0 I clock P .~.1., and notice of the time and place fixed for
said public hearing having been duly given by mail to all per-
sons residing within a radius of three hundred feet from the
property upon which it is proposed to move said house and attached
garage, at least ten days prior to the date fixed for said hear-
ing, as the names of such owners appeared upon the last available
tax assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a house moving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does find
that said permit should be granted, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the driveway shall be installed along North
Street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 159 per front foot along North
Street for tree planting purposes.
3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along North
Street for street lighting purposes.
4. That the existing structure shall be brought up
to the minimum standards of the City of Anaheim, including the
Uniform Building, Plumbing, ~lectrical, Housing, Mechanical and
Fire Codes as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
5. That the owner of the subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in-lieu
fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said
fees to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.

6. That Conditions Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to the time that a building permit
is issued.
7. That Conditions Nos. 1 and 4, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of John Krajacic for a
housemoving permit to move a dwelling house and attached garage
from 1105 North La Palma Circle, Anaheim, California, to 1104
West North Street, Anaheim, California, be, and the same is,
hereby granted subject to the conditions hereinbefore set forth,
and subject further to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to the moving of buildings from a point within the City of
Anaheim onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
