RESOLUTION NO. 72R-498
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 01" THE cm
OF ANAHEIM REJECTING AN IRREVOCABLE OPFER OF
DEDICATION.
-
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 25th day of June, 1970, in
connection with the recording of Tract No. 7185, an irrevocable
offer to dedicate Lot "A" of said Tract was recorded in Book 9327,
page 733, Records of Orange County; and
WHEREAS, at SaIlle time the City of Anaheim did accept
such offer to dedicate, but did not accept the dedication of said
Lot "A"; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the purpose of said
irrevocable offer of dedication no longer exists and that tne City
Council finds that it no longer wants or needs said Lot "A" and that
it is in the best interests of the City to reject said offer and to
refuse to accept dedication of said Lot "A II .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by theei ty Council of
the City of Anaheim that it reject, and it does hereby reject the
irrevocable offer to dedicate Lot IIAII of Tract No. 7185.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council refuse,
and it does hereby refuse, to accept dedication of Lot "A" pf
Tract No. 7185 and does direct that said irrevocable offer to
dedicate said Lot IIA" be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and of
no further force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 31st day of October, 1972.
