RESOLVED 3Y THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHE ILL:

ll THAT WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has purchased of the Southern

b California Sugar Company, a corporation, certain property, being a,

certain pumping plant and equipment located in the northerly part

I,I of said city, for the total sum of Twenty -five Thousand ($25,000.0p)
8 l! Dollars, as according to contract and agreements set forth in reso�

luti on for the purchase of pumping plant, and

EREAS, said transaction is now in escrow in the First Natio al

Bank of Anaheim, California, and

WHEREAS, said escrow holder reports that the title to said

property can be delivered to the City of Anaheim, and guarantees

of title furnished, and

, 11.&R &AS, the Southern California Sugar Company has performed

all conditions in said agreement by it to be performed,

That a warrant for the sum of Twenty -Four Thousand (024,000.0 }

Dollars be drawn and delivered to the escrow holder in said trans-

22 1 action, to be paid in accordance with the escrow instructions for
the purchase price of the aforesaid pumping plant and equipment.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
