THAT 'TEEREAS, The Southern California Sugar Company, a cor-
poration, organized and existing under the laves of the State of
California, has deeded to the City of Anaheim certain real prop-
erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 6, T. 4 S., R- 10 W.,
S. B. B. & M., In the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as
follows, to-WtLt:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 26,
Gresswell Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 6, page 47, 1 leaps, Records of Orange
County, California, thence N-0 01' W Two hundred
twenty-three and forty-ei ht hundredths (223.4g) feet;
thence N-89 54 W fifty 750) feet; thence N 0 OIT W
one hundred twenty-eight and ninety-five hundred 8 he (128.95)
feet; thence 3-89 59' ten (10) feet; thence S 0 Olt E
four hundred two and fifty -one hundredths (402.51) feet;
thence East thirty (30) feet to a point on the W6st line
of Kemp Street, which point is five hundred eighty (580)
feet North of the North line of East La Palma Avenue;
thence N 0 01' W along the present hest property line of
Kemp Street fifty (50) feet; thence East along the present
North end of Kemp Street thirty (60) feet to the place
of beginning, and containing an area of 0,67 acres, more
or less.
NOW TH BE IT RIESOLITED BY THE BOA OF TRUSTEES OF THE

That the City of Anaheim acceptAsaid real property so conveyE
to it by the said Southern California Sugar Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That a certified copy of this Reso-
lution be annexed to the deed granting the aforesaid property to
the City of Anaheim.
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at:a regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, held on
the 24th day of December, 1925, and is signed, approved and attest
by me this 24th day of December,
