RESOLVED BY TH_& 30ArD OF TRUVE-1433 OF TH.141 CITY OF ANAHEIM:
3 THAT 7EURLAS, the Southern California Sugar Company, a cor-

potation, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
I California, has deeded to the City of Anaheim certain real prop -
6 j erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of

California, particularly described as follows, to-wit:
8 ii A tract of land in the South-east Quarter
of the South-west quarter of Section Three (3), Town-
ship Four (4) South, Range Ten (10) West S. B. 3.
& M., and including Lots Twenty-three (23) and Twenty -
10 I� four (24), Gresswell Subdivision, as shown on a kap
thereof recorded in Book 6, page 47 of Liscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, all sit-
12 uated within the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described
13 as follows, to-wit'.
14 Beginning at the South-east corner of said
Lot Twepity-four (24), Gresswell Subdivision, thence
15 j North O 02 West along the West property line of
Patt Street 226.25 feet; thence Vest - 224.32 feet;
16 thence north 0 02 East 167.34 feet; thence South
890 57 West along the center line of an eight inch
17 brick party wall and. said center line extended., 66.57
feet; thence North 0 15' West 12 feet; thence South
18 890 59 West 42.48 feet; thence South 0 01 East
128.95 feet; thence South 89 54 East 50 feet; thence
19 South 0 01 East 274,48 feet to the South-west cor-
ner of Lot Twenty-three (23) of said Gresswell Sub&i-
20 i vision; thence East along the South lines of said
Lots 33 and 24, Gresswell Subdivision, 286.64 feet;
21 more or less, to the place of beginning, and containing
an area of 1.82 acres, more or less.
22 Together with all Improvements thereon, including
23 two water wells, and all and singular the tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances to said real property
24 belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues,
25 and profits thereof.

28 That the City of Anaheim accept said real property so convey
29 to it by the said Southern California Sugar Company.

31 lution be annexed to the deed granting the aforesaid property to
32 the City of Anaheim.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, held on
the 24th day of December, 1925, and is signed, approved and attest d
by me this 24th day of December,
