RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM;
That a certain deed dated November 13, 1924, executed by
F. H. Houck and Hettie H. Houck, his wife, to the City of
for street purposes,
Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, /conveying
to said city of Anaheim the. hereinafter described real property,
be, and the same is hereby accepted.

Beginning at a point on the present Northerly property
line of Vest Center Street 165.00 feet Westerly from the
point of intersection of said Northerly property line with
the present Westerly property line of North Clementine Street
and running thence Westerly along said Northerly property line
of Pest Center Street 90.00 feet; thence Northerly parallel
to the said Westerly property line of Clementine Street 9.75
feet; thence Easterly parallel to the said Northerly property
line of hest Center St., 90.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel
to the said Westerly property line of Clementine Street 9.75
feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
