RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED.
RESOLVED BY THE BOAPD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That a certain deed dated January 7, 1924, executed
by Henrietta Schindler to the city of Anaheim, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class for street purposes, conveying
to said City of Anaheim the hereinafter described real property,
be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, and is described as
follows:
The Northerly 9.75 feet of the East one -half of Lot
15 of the Langenberger Tract as shown on a map recorded in
Book 1, pages 550 and 551, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California;
Also the Northerly 9.75 feet of the Westerly 20 feet of Lot
13 of the above described Tract.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested
