RESOLUTION ACCErTING DEED.
C'
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE'CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That a certain deed dated September 3, 1925, executed
by Walter L. Bigham and Harriet m. Bigham, his wife, to the
City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, for
street purposes, conveying to said City of Anaheim the hereinafter
described real property, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, and is described as
follows:
The South 9.75 feet of the West 55.0 feet of Block H,
New Subdivision of Vineyard Lot D-5, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 17, page 72, miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, and more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly property
line of North palm Street and the Northerly property line
of West Center Street, which point is 34.75 feet Easterly
and 35.0 feet Northerly from the Monument at the intersection
of the center lines of said streets; thence Easterly along
the Northerly property line of West Center Street 55.0 feet;
thence Northerly, parallel with the Easterly property line of
North palm Street 9.75 feet; thence Westerly, parallel with
said Northerly property line of West Center Street 55.8 feet;
thence Southerly along said Easterly property line of North
Palm Street 9.75 feet to the place of beginning.
The foregoing rolution is signed, approved and
