RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That a certain deed dated January 5, 1924, executed by
the Salem Evangelical Church to the City of Anaheim, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class for street purposes, conveying to
said City of Anaheim the hereinafter described real property, be,
and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
City of Anaheim, orange County, California, and is described an
follows:
The Northerl*y 9.75 feet of the Easterly 90 feet of Lot
13 of the Langenberger Tract as shown on a map recorded in
Book 1, pages 550 and 551, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
