That a certain deed dated November 9, 1923, executed
by J. P. Mayhew and Nancy Mayhew, his wife, to the City of
I Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class, for street
I purposes, conveying to said City of Anaheim, the hereinafter
described real property, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
l City of Anaheim, Orange County, California, and is described as
follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the present Southerly property
line of West Center Street with the present Easterly peoperty
line of South palm Street and "running thence Easterly along
the said Southerly property line of West Center Street 110.00
feet more or less to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 15 of the
Langenberger Tract as shown on a map recorded in Book 1, pages
550 and 551, Miscellaneous Record of Los Angeles County,
California; thence Southerly along the westerly line of si.id
Lot 15, 9.75 feet. Thence westerly parallel to the said
Southerly property line of West Center Street 110.00 feet
more or less to the present Easterly property line of Palm
Street, thence northerly along said Easterly property line
9.75 feet to the point of beginning.
