RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That a certain deed dated April 4. 1923, executed by
John Cassou and Marie Cassou, his wife, and Rose Heisel, to the
for street purposes
City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,/con-
veying to said city of Anaheim the hereinafter described real
property, be, and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
City of Anaheim, orange County, California, and is described as
follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the present
westerly property line Of North Clementine street and the
present Northerly property line of West Center street as shown
on the map of a subdivision of Vineyard lot D5, Recorded in
book 17, page 72, Misc. Records of Loa Angeles County,
California, and running thence Westerly along the Northerly
property line of said west Center Street, 110.00 feet;
thence Northerly parallel to the Westerly property line of
said North Clementine Street 9.75 feet thence Easterly
parallel to the Northerly property line of said West Center
street 110.00 feet to a point on the Westerly property line
of said North Clementine Street; thence Southerly along said
westerly property line 9.75 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me this 16 day of &a+&be=r, 1925.
