RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TFE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That a certain deed dated January 10, 1924, executed
by Frank Arnold, Catherine M. Arnold, and Elizabeth Arnold, to the
city of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth class for str
purposes, conveying to said City of Anaheim the hereinafter describ
real property, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Said real property above mentioned is situated in the
City of Anaheim, Orange County, California., and is described as
f llows:
The Southerly 9.75 feet of Lot 28, Block H, subdivision
of Vineyard Lot D - 6 as shown on a map recorded in Book
14, Page 40, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
