12/29/1925-023IN THE MATTER OF OPENING AND EXTENDING CERTAIN STREETS AND ALLEYS
IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS.
WE ERE AS, pursuant to statute and to Resolution of
Intention No. 189, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, declaring the intention of said Board
to order the opening and extending of South Clementine Street,
South Dickel Street, South Helena Street and the alleys in
Blocks "A ", "B ", "C" and "D" of the Hess Suhdivision, certain
written objections against said proposed work were filed
with the City Clerk of said City.
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, that eight o'clock P.M. of Thursday,
the 14th day of January, 1926, be and it is hereby fixed
as the time when said Board of Trustees will hear and consider
said objections, and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
instructed to mail notices of the fixing of such time of hearing
to each such objector.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approveu. and attested
by me this 29th day of December, 1925.
