RESOLUTION SUSTAINING PROTEST.
(Under Resolution of Intention No. 188.)
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees the City of
Anaheim did, on the 13th day of October, 1925, pass its Resolution
of Intention No. 188 to order certain work to be done and
improvement to be made in said city consisting of the paving of
certain portions of North and South Olive Streets, which Resolution
of Intention is hereby expressly referred to for further partieulare
and
WHEREAS, certain owners of property liable to be
assessed for said work,made written protests or objections in
writing and delivered same to the Clerk not later than the hour
set for hearing such objection; and
WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing protests or
objections, said Board of Trustees proceeded to hear the same
and all of said protests and objections having been heard and
duly condidered, and said Board of Trustees being required to pass
iupon the same,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by said Board of Trustees of
I
the City of Anaheim that said protests and objections against
said proposed work be, and the same are hereby sustained.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proposed work or
improvement as set forth and described in said Resolution of
;Intention No. 188 be, and the same is hereby abandoned.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and
