1 RESOLUTION DECLARING JURISDICTION ACQUIRED.
{Under Resolution of Intention No. 187. }

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of

A naheim, did on the 13th day of October, 1925 pass its Resolution

o Intention No. 187 to order certain work to be done and improve-

ent to be made in said City consisting of the paving of the
6
7 roadway of a certain portion of South Ohio Street, which Resolution

f Intention is hereby expressly referred to for further
8
and
1 paTticulars, !WHEREAS, no protests or objections whatsoever to laic
10
p roposed work or improvement having been filed, and
11
WHEREAS, the time within which to present or file
12
such protests or objections has expired, and
13
WHEREAS all proceedings and things required by
14
l aw in connection with said. matter having been regularly and
15
l egally performed,

NOW THEREFOR7, it is hereby resolved that said Board

f Trustees has acquired jurisdiction to order said work ®r

improvement,
