RESOLUTION CONFIRMING PROCEEDINGS AND ORDERING WARRANT
It is hereby resolved and determined by the Board of
Trustees of the City of Anaheim that the proceedings pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 186 passed by said Board of
Trustees on the 13th day of October, 1925, and also all the
acts and determinations of the Superintendent of Streets and
the City Engineer of said City relative to the work des-
cribed in said Resolution of Intention, hereby referred to for
further particulars, be and the same are hereby confirmed,
and the assessment and diagram for said work are hereby
found to be correct and confirmed, and it is hereby ordered
that warrant may be attached thereto accordingly.
The foregoing Resol is signed, approved and
