RESOLUTION OF AWARD
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
did, in open session on the 14th day of January,1926, publicly
open, examine and declare all sealed proposals or bids for
doing the following work to be done and improvements to be made
in said City, to -wit:
All that certain work and improvement set forth in Resolutions
of Intention Nos. 186 and 187, passed and adopted by said Board
of Trustees on the 13th day of October, 1925, which Resolutions of
Intention are on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City
and are hereby referred to for a description of the said work and
improvement, and also for a description of the assessment districts
liable to be assessed 3kherefor, and for further particulars : -
NOW THEREb BE IT .RESOLVED by said Board oz Trustees
that it reject, and it does hereby reject, all of said proposals
or bids except that next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the
contract for doing said work and improvement to the lowest respon-

The City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to publish
notice of this award twice in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
published and circulated in said city and hereby designated for that
purpose by the Board of Trustees.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested
