RE SOLUTION DISMI SSING APPEALS AND ORDERING � RANT
RES OF INTENTION NO.184.
WHEREAS, certain persons, interested in that certain work, or the
assessment therefor, recently done pursuant to the provisions of the
"Improvement Act of 1911," as amended, and pursuant to and as described
in Resolution not Intention No. 184 passed by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim on the 10th day of September, 1925 said
Resolution'of Intention being; hereby expressly referred to for a
description of said work, feeling aggrieved by acts of determinations
of the Superintendent of Streets, or the City Engineer, of said city,
in relation to said wore, or who claim that the work has not been
performed according to the contract in a good and substantial manner,
or who claim that a portion of the work for a reason was omitted or
illegally included in the contract for the same, or having or making
objection to the correctness of the assessment or diagram or other act,
determination or proceedings of said Superintendent of Streets or City
Engineer, have appealed to the Board of Trustees of,.said city as
provided in Section 21 of said "Improvement Act of 1911," by briefly
stating their grounds of appeal in writing and filing the same with
the clerk of said City;
AND WHEREAS, Thursday the 13th day of May, 1926, at the council
chambers of the Board of Trustees was fixed .as the time and place
of hearing said appeals;

IT IS HLREBY RESOLV D AND DEMMINED, by the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, that all the acts and determinations of
the Superintendent of Streets and of the City Engineer of said city
relative to said work be and the same are hereby oonfirmed, and
said assessment and diagram therefor are hereby found to be correct
and are confirmed, and it is hereby ordered that warrant may be
attached thereto accordingly.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested
